Curtis Dancy Sr., was born October 5, 1951 to the late Geneva Dancy, Johnson. Kirt was employed by bridgestone of Wilson NC for twenty three years and the Wiggins family. He was a easy going person, he loved outside planting, flowers, cutting grass, and  cooking on the grill. He had a passion for clothes.

Kirt, leaves to cherish his memories: Four children, Shantel, Donald, Curtis Jr. and Kieth Dancy, fifteen grandchildren; Thirteen great grand children; one brother; Dennis Dancy (Parcha) three sisters; Nannie Jones, Barbara Taylor, Mary Ann Nelson, three nieces Lisa, Jackie, Fonita, two nephews; Omar, Ricky Wiggins, great nephew Dennis Jr.(Cotinia). And a host of other relatives and friends.
