Robert "Doug" Farrar

Mr. Robert “Doug” Farrar was born on March 8, 1953 to Lucille and Eugene Farrar. On Monday, May 24, 2021 he departed this earthly life following several months of declining health. Robert attended Warren County Public Schools. Robert spent his best years  driving trucks. Loved cooking, the Redskins and never met a stranger. Even when his health began to decline, he remained the same “Doug”. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Lucille and Eugene Farrar. Daughter; Tanaisha Johnson. 2 brothers Bill and Clifton Farrar.

Left on earth to cherish his memories; 6 children; Alfreda Scott, Robert Farrar Jr, Jovan Moses, Antonio Farrar of Richmond VA, Curtisha Holland of Greenville NC, and Titianna Johnson of Rocky Mount NC. 2 Brothers; Norman “Sonny” Farrar (Anne) and Peter Farrar of Richmond VA. Sister; Jeanette “Gina” Farrar- Lundy of FL. 8 Grandchildren; John Scott, Giquanya Scott, Javon Scott of Richmond VA, Zaraina and My’Kell Farrar of NY, Ke’shawn Farrar, Amonte Farrar and Antonio Farrar Jr of Richmond VA. 7 Great-grandchildren; 2 Aunts; Tina of NC, Gloria Johnson of Rocky Mount NC. A lifetime partner; Betty Johnson.
